Patch log 1180 Traveler says, "Cargo container contents are updated correctly for all pilots. " As of Chaos 1205 this is not true. I tested this myself with my two accounts to verify and it is still completely broken.
I can't imagine that you guys don't know about this bug that has been around since beta (and I have personally reported several times) but just to make sure you know how to reproduce it do the following on Chaos or Tranquility. The results are the same as of Tranq 1166 and Chaos 1205.
1. Either have a friend follow you to any asteroid field or log on with two accounts (as I did).
2. Have your friend/alt mine some ore.
3. Have your friend/alt jettison the ore.
4. Both you and your friend/alt open the cargo container.
5. Have your friend/alt add more ore to the can.
6. You add some ore to the can.
7. You or your friend/alt try to stack the contents of the can.
8. Have your friend remove some ore from the can (not all of it).
You will see that the contents of the cargo container only refresh for the person that jettisoned it (owner).
How can I be more clear? I will gladly demonstrate this bug on Chaos to anyone that wants to see it or doesn't believe that it exists or thinks it has been fixed. This is probably the most annoying bug I've found in the game and to be lied to about it's fix angers me greatly. Devs, Bug Hunters, GM's, WHOEVER THAT CAN HELP, PLEASE let me know when and where to meet you on Chaos and I will show this to you! ------------------------------------------------ "The best defense is a dead opponent." - Avaton White

CCP, I apologize. My original post was written in anger borne of the frustration of seeing this bug still unfixed in 1205. I was to harsh on you guys and for that I apologize. Redundancy, your replys were very professional and I thank you for them. In the future I will count to 10 before posting hehe. ------------------------------------------------ "The best defense is a dead opponent." - Avaton White

Tested and verified! It works as of 1208! WOOHOO!! I noticed only one problem. Sometimes after stacking a container that has a lot of stuff in it and then right-clicking in it and clicking refresh-contents everything would vanish. Right clicking again and selecting refresh-contents again would make the items reappear. This only seems to happen the first time you refresh-contents after stacking a large number of items (enough to generate a scroll bar on the container window). ------------------------------------------------ "The best defense is a dead opponent." - Avaton White

That might be a little scary on a hangar full of say, original blueprints. EEP! ------------------------------------------------ "The best defense is a dead opponent." - Avaton White
